I have a faulty bottle, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear you experienced a faulty bottle of wine. Unfortunately, as wine is a natural product, faulty bottles do occur, however at Majestic it needn't cause you too much hassle.

Under our No Quibble guarantee if you receive an unsatisfactory bottle, we will always replace, refund, or recommend another wine we think you’ll love – and there is no need to return the bottle to us.

Simply let your local store know you would like a replacement or refund for a faulty/corked bottle your received, or if you are ordering online, pop a note in the Additional Information section of your next online order stating you received a faulty/corked bottle and the local delivering store will get in touch with you to resolve this.

Once this has been processed, we will record the nature of the fault, helping us to assist our suppliers in their quality control.
